PROJECT MANAGER (PHOTOVOLTAICS)

Effective coordination of all the activities of photovoltaic power plant installation projects, in order to achieve the set objectives, at the highest quality standards.

Main Responsibilities:

• Coordinates the activities within the project, directly supervising the technical teams, consultants and other collaborators involved.
• Establishes long-term collaborative relationships with project partners, clients, beneficiaries and financiers.
• Prepares the budget and cash-flow of the project for the final contracts, in accordance with the submitted proposal, with the comments of the beneficiary and with the activities planned to be carried out within the project, ensuring the necessary resources for its successful implementation.
• Over time, it monitors the progress achieved against the proposed objectives and writes monthly reports to financiers, partners and beneficiaries in compliance with the data provided in the contracts.
• Ensures the resolution of all the problems that arise during the project and informs the management team in time about the problems that arise and that it cannot solve at its level.
• Makes proposals to improve the work style to maximize the efficiency of achieving the proposed objectives.
• Evaluates project impact and communicates it to management, funders and project partners.
• Motivates the project team through communication and continuous evaluation of direct reports.

Requirements:

• Higher education, ANRE certificate is a plus;
• Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.);
• Experience of at least 1 year in the supervision and implementation of photovoltaic plants, both rooftop and ground, with different capacities;
• Communication and coordination skills;
• Good ways of managing and solving ad-hoc situations within projects.
